Skirtie Pattern!
Here is a pattern for a circle skirt to go over the soaker. Pin it in between the waistband and soaker body before sewing on the waistband. A tight satin stitch around the bottom will create a pretty lettuce edge.

The pattern isn't showing up for me! I also developed a skirty pattern to go over longies/soakers and wanted to compare!
Darn, the pattern is not showing for me either, I would love to see it! :)
I guess it would help if I actually put a link for the pattern up, huh? Sorry about that!
Hi!
I was wondering what would be the best material to use for the skirt part? I was looking at some online and they use wool crepe...but I can't seem to find anywhere that sells it online. Could I use wool interlock for the soaker and a knit for the skirt part?
I'm not sure about the materials for the skirtie. I haven't made one myself just yet. I was thinking of getting some wool crepe, or recycling a thinner wool sweater or even a wool skirt since the skirty portion doesn't necessarily need to be stretchy.
I developed a jumper pattern using the longies from your blog. I would love to hear what you think!
